Dr. Bushong, in addition to working with endocrinologists and other physicians to produce the safest and most effective medications for physical transition has worked closely with surgeons observing numerous surgeries and conducting years of follow-up care.

As
Dr. Bushong is semi-retired, he spends much of his free time between
the USA and southeast Asia, primarily Thailand.
In
Thailand, Dr. Bushong observes the newest surgical techniques in
gender reassignment and facial feminization surgery and also
provides support to the local Thai transgender community.
